By clicking checkout and/or ordering ammunition from wagnershells.com or easterngun.com and/or its owner and/or its employees you have read, understand, and agree to ALL terms and conditions stated below.  Please read each time you order as these terms and conditions are subject to change.  

You are stating and agree that:

  • No federal, state or local law prohibits me from purchasing, possessing or being shipped the ammunition or other regulated items.
  • I certify that I am at least 18 years of age.

I certify that I:

  1. Am not a fugitive from justice.
  2. Have not been adjudicated as a mentally defective individual or have been committed to a mental institution.
  3. Am not an alien illegally or unlawfully residing in the United States.
  4. Have not been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
  5. Having been a citizen of the United States, have not renounced his citizenship.

    You also agree that by ordering, handling, chambering, and/or shooting this ammunition that you agree to the terms and conditions below:

    1. By handling, chambering and/or shooting this ammunition you are stating that you are legally allowed to purchase and possess this ammunition.
    2. The manufacturer of this ammunition accepts no liability for injury, death, damage to firearms, or damage to personal property of the shooter, bystanders, or other third parties.
    3. It is recommended that all guns that are used to fire this ammunition be unaltered/unmodified from the original manufacturer.  Guns should be in good firing condition and only designed for modern ammunition of the correct gauge with a chamber length of at last 2 3/4 inches.  It also also recommended that you have your guns regularly inspected by a licensed and qualified gunsmith.
    4. Please handle all firearms and ammunition with respect and never point a firearm in an unsafe direction.
    5. Before firing any type of ammunition, always check for barrel obstructions.
    6. Always wear hearing protection because repeated exposure to gunfire can cause hearing loss.
    7. Always wear shooting glasses to protect your eyes.
    8. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind for ammunition purchases.
